Returns & Exchanges

All Salt Pool pieces are handmade in Thailand in limited quantities by local jewelers. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

If you receive an incorrect item or if an item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us at thesaltpool@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery, including your order number and supporting photos. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.

Please note that change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

Shipping & Delivery

Once an order has been shipped and tracking details have been provided, Salt Pool is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. Any delivery issues must be resolved directly with the courier.
