Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Processing time may extend during:

new product launches

restocks

holidays

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

 

2. Domestic Shipping (Thailand)

We ship within Thailand using trusted courier partners such as Flash Express, Thailand Post, or Kerry Express.

 

Estimated delivery time:

1–3 business days after dispatch.


Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

 

Please note:

Salt Pool is not responsible for delays caused by the courier.

 

3. International Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries.

International shipping times vary depending on destination and customs clearance.


Estimated transit time:

7–30 business days

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot estimate these charges as they differ for every country.

 

4. Pre-Order Items

If your order includes a pre-order item:

the order will be shipped once all items are ready, or

you may contact us to arrange separate shipping (additional charges apply)

Expected pre-order timelines will always be listed on the product page.

 

5. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

Salt Pool cannot refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

If you entered the wrong address, notify us within 1 hour of ordering so we can attempt to update it before shipment.

 

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the courier, Salt Pool is no longer responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

 

If your order shows as delivered but you cannot locate it:

please check with neighbors, building security, and the courier

open a case with the courier service

contact us and we will assist where possible

 

However, replacements or refunds cannot be issued for packages marked as delivered.


7. Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to:

customs

holidays

weather conditions

courier backlogs

unforeseen logistical issues

These delays are outside our control and do not qualify for refunds.

 

8. Tracking


All orders include a tracking number, which will be sent to your email once your package is shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

 

9. Damaged Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged:

take clear photos of the box + item

contact us within 48 hours of receiving it

 

We will investigate and assist with a replacement when applicable.
