We reserve the right to update prices at any time without notice.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and accepted payment methods may vary by region.

6. Shipping

Once your order is placed:

• processing time is typically 1–3 working days

• shipping times vary by destination

• customers are responsible for providing the correct address

Salt Pool is not responsible for:

• delays caused by couriers

• customs fees, duties, or import taxes

• lost packages caused by incorrect shipping information

If a package is marked “delivered” by the courier, we cannot issue refunds or replacements.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the delicate and handmade nature of our pieces, all sales are final.

We accept returns or exchanges only if the item arrives damaged.

To request assistance:

• contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• include your order number and photos of the product + packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns if:

• the item shows signs of wear

• damage is caused by misuse

• the request is made after the 48-hour window
